Giving relief dole-outs, though very commendable for helping people get through the moment, is never sustainable nor empowering.

Education empowers people. But Education cost and Quality Education have even higher requirements. To cure a social disease we need to give the right financial dosage. Anything less will not get us the results we aspire for.
